Freedom of press bud in the 17th century, practice in the 18th century, mature in the 19th century. After three centuries of prosperity, Because of commercial interests, the essence of Freedom of press is twist and abuse, Freedom of press become a bourgeois tools of making money, and become an obstacle to the true realization of freedom in the media. After many theories pioneer and industry celebrities constant efforts, Social Responsibility Theory come out.The social responsibility of the media is always an important topic in the field of journalism and communication. In the 21st century, with the rise of new media represented by Internet, mobile phone, Media ecological environment becomes more complicated. Enjoy the freedom given by the government and public, at the same time, media should shoulder their social responsibility. In front of Vast amounts of social information, diversification of mode of transmission, equal dialogue relations, how to correctly handle the relations among the government, the media and the public, make the media ecological balance come true, become a proposition that medium should seriously thinking about.The paper take the relations among the government, the media and the public as clue, in order to realize the ecological balance of media, Take SHENZHEN QVOD TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD for example, analysis the loss of media in the process of social responsibility and the root cause of the loss.
