A Study On The Influence Of Information Technology On The Relationship Between State And Society

As one of the main technology in today’s society, information technology is thefocus of attention from all walks of life; for the most part of the relationship betweenstate and society from the perspective of political science and sociology.This articlefocuses on the study from the perspective of philosophy of technology. On the onehand,the article clarify the status of technology by analyzing the relation betweeninformation technology and mutual construction. On the other hand, it emphasizes thestate and society shall have the way to get along, thus to democratic developmentpath.This paper studies from the following six aspects: The first part briefly states theresearch background of this paper and demonstrates the significance of the researchas well as the feasibility and innovation. The second part has carried on theinterpretation to the philosophical implication of information technology and thestudy of the problems of the evolution of relation between nation and society,to findthe key that IT affect the relationship between state and society. The third partthrough information technology affect the performance of social relations, analysis ofIT’s role. The fourth part analyzes the changing between the power and rights whichcoordinate the relationship between state and society, prove that IT can break theexisting minority on the political resources and realize the freedom and equality. Thefifth part analyze the trend of relationship between state and society.It explores therelationship between state and society and the individual.
