Design And Realization Of Laboratory Information Management System In Petrochemical Enterprises

Nowadays, with the constant development of the Enterprise informatization construction, more and more petrochemical enterprises realize that it is necessary to establish the organic management of scientific research by implementing the information system, it is also necessary to establish the information management system in petrochemical enterprise’s laboratory to modularize and centralize the scattered data, to reasonably improve the laboratory management process, to fully share and utilize the analysis results, to achieve the full process management of the laboratory work. Therefore, to establish the laboratory management information system which should be suitable of the specific requirement of the enterprise will gradually become the most important part of the informatization construction of the petrochemical enterprise.Based on a national owned petrochemical enterprise’s laboratory information management system construction, This paper expounded important parts of The system design and implementation, such as:demand analysis, general design, detailed design, system testing, operating maintenance. First, this paper analyzed the laboratory management process, explained the necessity of implementation of the laboratory information management system and researched laboratory’s internal management and staffs’actual demands. In view of the petrochemical enterprise’s actuality and business requirement, this paper gave an appropriate laboratory information management system implementation proposal. Second, this paper described the design and implementation of the function modules, including the entire structure design, data base design, sample process, management process, management statement, data query and so on. Finally, by practical application in petrochemical enterprise laboratory, the paper analyzed and summarized the superiority of laboratory information management system.Practical application proved that implementation of this laboratory information management system was able to assist and enhance laboratory management and to make the progress of laboratory management getting standard and scientific more and more. The laboratory information management system could help the laboratory achieve results and information sharing of raw material test, distil test, finished product inspection, temporary sample test, hot work test and so on. This system can avoid duplication of test approval and low level test effectively. Also, it can reduce ineffectiveness work and improve effectiveness of petrochemical laboratory management and accelerate petrochemical enterprise laboratory’s overall strength.
