With the development of Internet technology, the establishment of the logistics system, let the electronic commerce has become an integral part of human life, whether large or small and medium enterprises to build their own e-commerce platform, through the Internet, information interaction, to improve business efficiency, speed, more rapidly accelerate information flow, capital flow, logistics speed, reduce transaction of intermediate links, improve productivity, reduce operating costs, increase profits.Steel e-commerce trading platform, is a set of steel information release, secured financing, online transactions as one of the vertical type of e-commerce platform, system the perspective from innovation design of steel e-commerce model, change the traditional mode of operation, user services, supply chain integration, the loop material disposed of and the global marketing business. In this paper, design and implementation of steel e-commerce trading platform focused on steel and related supplies trading spot, efficient online transactions, security of payment and settlement, convenient material delivery to one, to support the supply chain financing and one-stop logistics services, to create the integrity of electronic trading environment, for the iron and steel of upstream and downstream enterprises to provide a full process for third party electronic trading services. The system uses the J2EE framework system structure, database using Oracle specific design of system development, this paper elaborates the system realization method and partial implementation of procedures.
