The rapidly development of the modern information technology, including the Internet has affected many aspects of our life. E-commerce, as an important support of the new era of Internet economy, is becoming an indispensable method for companies to promote their competitive ability and obtain more benefits. In the field of Business to Business E-commerce, a difficult problem is how to develop flexible and extendable applications of B2B E-commerce quickly and effectively. The integration of the applications among enterprises is a bottle neck to the further development of B2B E-commerce. Several decades' endeavor has laid a good foundation for the development of the E-commerce system, but a system constructed according to traditional models is limited because the information is isolated. Using different software platforms and different information standards makes it very inconvenient to interchange between enterprises, and results in a tremendous workload when the number of enterprises increases.After comparing and analyzing several different E-commerce construction technologies, this paper adopts the mature and stable J2EE multi-level system structure, and brings forward a whole design and realization of B2B E-commerce exchange platform based on Service-Oriented Architecture using an integration of jumped-up Web services technology and Web services dynamic integration technology. The target of the system is to realize a stable, reliable, efficient, flexible and extendable E-commerce system, which can exchange electronic information among enterprises and perform the automatic or semi-automatic commercial exchange workflow.This paper discusses the details of the presentation layer, business logic layer, data persistence layer that constitute the system, and shows how to optimize the system structure and construct an E-commerce system which is highly efficient and reliable. This paper also explains how to integrate the Web services and Web services integration technology into the system to make it more flexible so as to adapt to the dynamic changes of commercial requirements.This paper finally tests the system's function. Based on experimentation, it analyses the advantages and the shortcomings of the system, and offers a positive opinion of the system's future development.
