With the increasingly sophisticated of the laws and regulations for the project bidding, the operation of the tangible construction market will develop towards more standardized. One of the important ways to improve office efficiency and management standard is to build and perfect the trading service platform system. It's a better solution to build the system based on SOA for the changing of external environment and existing systems. And it also avoids a series of practical problems, such as waste of investment, impossible of resources reuse and so on. The thesis researches the status of the trading service platform and proposes the problems and then divides the platform into six subsystems includes project building subsystem, bail management subsystem and so on. The thesis takes project building process, extract experts process, bail and trading service fee management process as an example to summarize and optimize the overall process of the trading service platform. On this basis, the thesis uses the service identification, classification and design methods to implement some services modeling analysis. Refer to the layer concept of SOA, the thesis proposes a scalable SOA-based trading service platform system model and discusses the design of all layers in detail. Finally, the thesis introduces the key technologies during the implementation of the system in detail, such as web service, the security, the source layer and so on.This system has a great advantage in some aspects, such as achieving the flow of information, simplifying the system integration, facilitating the system maintenance and so on. The system will improve the office efficiency of the tangible construction market greatly.
