Research On Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Oriented CRM System Based On Web

CRM is a new management system which is aimed to improve the relationship between enterprises and customers.It is applied in marketing, sale,service,technology support and such areas that is relevant with the customers. In the recent years CRM based on web is required by the market indeed.CRM,whose characteristic is little capital and much gains,is becoming recognized by most middle and small enterprises.According the CRM idea,this article designed CRM system based on web which aimd directly at middle and small enterprises. In the process of the thesis,main results have been obtained in the research as follows:1.Overall design of systemIt has been researched on middle and small enterprises and The requirements analysis of system including function analysis and safety analysis are achieved.B/S mode is selected after weighing B/S mode against C/S mode.The system model is built by using uinifed modeling language. Package Diagrams of System Function,The system relationship model and the modules of system are prsented.2.Detail design of systemThe requirements analysis of system has been researched in detail.According the modules,the activity diagrams are used to describe the use case diagrams,which are presented in overall design.At last, The design of database is achieved.The concept model and the physical model of the database are presented3.Design of Graphing customer informationThe system can extract data from database behind,present customer information in graphy using MS Office Web Componets.The user can print it accordingly.4.Design of readmeReadme is made for user by using Easy chm,which is a tool from Guo-hua software to make chm files.The user can use it online or local.5. Based on the .NET Framework and MS SQL Server 2000, by using C#, XML andJavaScript,Web-based system of the small and medium-sized enterprises oriented CRM is successfully developed.
