This article describes the work of integration of resources between E-learning management system and China Academic Library and Information System. E-learning management system which is an important part of a construction of campus information has the Integral course Information, but it is lack of literature resource information; China Academic Library and Information System is rich of literature resource information but lack of course Information. We joined the two systems together so that the course Information and the literature resource information can be used by both systems. Meanwhile we continued to develop and improve E-learning management system to meet the requirements of the university, so that it can both meet the needs of the work of integration of resources better and improve the quality of Teaching-aid service. This article first discussed the open source software named Sakai, it figured out the standardization and the scalability of Sakai system frame, and then grasped installation and development of Sakai. On this basis, this paper analyzed the system functional requirements and then designed the system, the functional requirements analysis includes the demands of resources-integration tool and subject-service tool, and the project design includes module design、interface design、database design. Through the demand analysis and project design, the author checked and adjusted the system, and laid the foundation for coding to realize the function of the system:it can recommend curriculum-related teaching materials and related courses of prestigious universities at home and abroad and common database、academic resources and so on for system users. These functions enabled the system to better service for school research and teaching activities.
