There for, it’s necessary for network publishingmarket to introduce appropriate trusted count mode.This paper analyzes the demand of digital works trade,and Studied the commondigital works trading model and credible count mechanism. introduce the uploading oftransaction data transparent to users and logging record counter operation based on thetrusted third party trading model. This mechanism divided transaction entity into salesusers and authorized users, this paper give the trade data stream format and architectureof client counter.Counter function can be divided into data structure, data authentication,data transmission, counter configuration and data query.Finally, Follow the function module partition of client counter, implement thesales counter and authorization each function module with Using third party trusted dataprocessing platform,and verify the function of client counter.
