With the development of computer and Internet, the network shopping has become a normal life. There are many advantages in the network shopping, such as fast, convenient, save time, more high cost performance, has become one of the modern people, especially young people. And college students are the main "force of the team.In recent years, with the full implementation of the college enrollment plan, the number of college students has increased year by year, so is our hospital. The University for three years, every student will leave a lot of learning and life activities, the annual graduation season, graduating students will focus on campus people, such as canteen, dormitory, playground and other places, a street vendor selling some convenient books, sports goods, daily necessities such as second-hand goods, although this in to a certain extent can achieve the reuse of goods, but the private campus warn points behavior, to a large extent will affect the college, as a result of crowd jam, easy to cause confusion, on the other hand, the great impact of health, health and environment of school management caused great inconvenience, affect the campus image. And some students even discarded some items, which further aggravated the school campus health management, but also caused a waste of goods. In view of these problems, it is urgent to need a network trading system which is aimed at the students’second-hand commodity trading. The campus used commodity trading network platform can be used to solve the problem of dealing with the students leaving behind a variety of second-hand goods in school, so that students can easily solve the second-hand goods at the same time, also solved the problem of college health management. This system is based on the ASP.NET and Server SQL database development of the University’s second-hand goods trading platform based on B/S. This system is divided into two functional modules:foreground and background. The whole system is composed of three different roles:the system administrator, the second-hand goods publishers, and the consumer. The whole system constructs a platform for the exchange of students on the Internet, you can use the entire platform for the campus network to better serve the students. The use of modern information technology to achieve the use of commodity network transactions greatly reduce the cost of goods in the transaction process, but more importantly, these transactions will not be subject to space and time constraints, so it is important to improve the overall image of the campus as a whole, it has a very important significance. This paper is divided into 5 parts. First introduced the basic concept of the electronic commerce website, the domestic and international development situation and the main content of this article, and then analyzed the basic characteristics of the college used commodity trading website, the feasibility analysis and demand analysis. Based on the requirement analysis, the system structure and the whole frame of the system are designed, and the interface design, code realization and testing of the website are completed.
