In the context of Economic Diversification, business analysis system has gradually become the key tool of Strategic Policy and Business Development. The Comprehensive report system of Shanghai’s financial information service Co., LTD is a system which design and develop reports in all business areas, and it provide the approach decision making for the management. However, due to the large number of reports, the diversification of Statistical logic and the Staff Mobility, the team encountered a lot of problems, especially in the aspect of develop efficiency, creative commons and performance appraisal, the managerial approach of document and manual work is hard to meet the needs of new requirements, and it used to have redundancy work, which increase the cost of development. Therefore, the team needs an intelligent management platform in order to improve the management standards and job performance.At first, the current situation and problems of report development management are analyzed. And on that basis, the functional requirements of report development management are discussed. The paper also planed the core subsystems such as:report development, problem management, change management. And then based on the design principles, it proposes the system architecture of report management platform, the detailed design of the event control subsystem and the project management subsystem are mainly discussed, and also the comparison of similar systems and application effects. Finally, insufficiency and prospection of report management platform is analyzed.
