Human information dissemination is actually the propagation technology evolving process. The development of transmission technology constantly remove the limit of time and space in the process of real communication. Due to the innovation of digital technology, the development of satellite technology, the progress of network technology, as well as full penetration of these technologies in radio and television, communications and other areas of communication, it has become increasingly blurred of the boundaries between medias. New media emerges endlessly, the forms of communication media are constantly optimized, and media competition is increasingly fierce. The development of modern digital technology breaks the technical barriers and artificial barrier which the traditional media encounted. Traditional media uses new media advantages, and mutual interactions performed between old and new media. Mutual penetration of a variety of medias and text swapping spread carriers is showing a complex among languages, texts, and images. Audio-visual media compositing, printing, disks, and network transmission carrier compounding, newspaper, magazines, audio and video media forms are all displaying the new media landscape of terminal computers, readers, and mobile phones. The key is how to share text and display its characteristics among newspaper,radio,TV and Internet in the context of cross-media.However, the technology is also a double-edged sword. It brings people a variety of information to meet a variety of needs, but also causes a lot of copyright issues.With the development of digital technology and network technology, all the text, including pictures, sound and video can be transformed into0,1form through digital technology, and will be communicated and exchanged quickly in the world with low cost and accurate reproduction. The original goods and copy are exactly the same in the access to information, the original product affiliation is dispelled, the two are in an equal position. In the framework of philosophy and law, the owners of copyright always do their utmost to defend privacy. And copyright is easy to become a private inspection tool, but the object works of copyright is to serve humanity, and compared with the ownership, copyright becomes private is not reasonable, and that is the challenge to natural copyright.Copyright is also revised and adjusted with the advance of technology. There is a close relationship between copyright and technology, the history of copyright itself is also an expanding history. In digital era, the traditional copyright protection suffered a severe test, and faced great challenges under the impact of infringement and piracy. In this challenge,the three party copyright owners, service providers and users are full of contradictions. The first problem is that the protection of the copyright is not standard,and the creator is worried about their interests. The second problem is that the conflict of interest models of digital publishing, reading and traditional reading published increased sharply. The third conflict is between free share to internet users and the protection of copyright. How to protect the core resources and Internet knowledge product free, safeguard the interests of copyright owners, and ensure the balance between the interests of the three party, is the key to the problem and the inevitable requirement of the development of cultural industry.In the cultural context of consumerism, the technology of new media has become the focus of social development, and then become cultural industry or even become a new growth point of national economy.The media can be replaced. The new media always take the old media as its content, and the old would choose the older one as its content, that is why text copyright always changed. The development of science and technology makes the media content diversification, paper text and dissemination of information is no longer confined to the traditional, more media together constitute the development trend of mass media. This text deal with the law of internal cross media and text copyright in media background, starting from the inter disciplinary perspective, with the cross media as a macro perspective, analyzes the definition,characters, symbols derived cross media, types and causes of cross media texts,explores the cultural industry background text evolved from the development of a single paper form into the value and dilemma of diversified forms of communication,and then analyzes the dilemma of cross media communication of text copyright,from other countries about the text copyright protection path, try to put forward the approach of copyright difficulties of our text communication in the deal of enlightenment.
