Detailed description of the management system developed in this paper includes the core technology, ITIL technology, and an overview of ITIL, development status and application value. Then this article discusses the needs analysis of the management system in-depth, specifically the design for each module on the basis of needs analysis. For example, the combination of RFID technology in the ITIL framework is presented to achieve the integration of network resources. At last the performance of the system is discussed, as well as the direction of future system development and improvement.
