ITIL Specification And Its Application In The System Development Research

With the development of information technology,information technology has become an important guarantee for enterprises to improve market competitiveness.In order to better adapt to the current competition,many enterprises have invested a lot of energy to the development and maintenance of the software system.However,the traditional system construction has the characteristics of thinking highly of technology and despising service.In construction of systems,the consideration of personnel and business processes is not comprehensive,which will lead to the development of efficiency and quality of service decline.ITIL can be used as a reference for the construction of IT systems,it can provide an objective standard and specification for IT service management.Reference to ITIL,each enterprise and department can develop their own management system according to their ability.In this paper,ITIL has been studied and applied in the public facilities inspection system,the specific work is as follows:(1)This paper introduces the modules of ITIL and compares it with other IT management theories.The advantages and disadvantages of ITIL in IT service management are also summarized.In addition,the process of problem management,event management,configuration management are designed.Then,the function of the service desk in ITIL is analyzed,and the specific work flow of the service desk is designed.(2)Combined ITIL with SOA to design the application framework of public facilities inspection systems.And the service scheduling module is designed.In order to find the best possible service composition,the sub-service is reorganized with the improved step-length Drosophila optimization algorithm.The simulation results show that the improved algorithm has higher convergence precision than the original algorithm.(3)Using the system framework to develop the public facilities inspection system.The system is divided into two parts,the mobile terminal and the PC.The mobile terminal is responsible for reporting the abnormal information and the PC is responsible for dealing with abnormal information and assigning tasks.ITIL process is introduced into public facilities inspection system.The method bring the system to the performance as follow: Under normal circumstances,more than 90% of transaction processing time is less than 3s and the response time of conventional business functions is not greater than 5s.After running the system,the expected effect is that the efficiency of the information processing of public facilities is greatly improved.And this can effectively reduce the probability of accidents caused by the abnormal public facilities.
