The ambient air quality monitoring and information dissemination capabilities is the important means of reflecting environment management level of a city. It is also the key carrier to improve the air quality of the urban environment and protect the health of the public of government. In recent years, with the release of the Shanghai ambient air monitoring daily data, the increasing attention in the media and public, urban air quality has become a hot topic of public opinion.There are still many defects in the existing air quality data management platform. For example, it can’t achieve real-time data transmission and distribution; unable to remote control monitoring instruments, and can’t audit data automatically. These problems hindered the further development of the ambient air quality monitoring business to some extent. Because of the related hardware and software technology behind, data management platform existing can not be re-developed on this basis.With the increase in the types of sub-station equipment; rapid increase of monitoring factor kinds and diversity of data types,it need to create a new set to be able to customize the type of data collected air quality data management platform. So, constructing a set of timeliness;automated quality control integrate more data types; custom collection of monitoring data type data management platform becomes the important task of Information construction at the present stage.Firstly,analyze the status quo of Shanghai’s air quality automatic monitoring technology. Clear functional positioning, the core functionality and system processes of the air quality monitoring data management platform.On this basis, analyze the overall structure, partitioning and technology selection of the automatic monitoring and data management platform.Analyze the design and implementation of the subsystem on the base of data acquisition technology, communications transmission technology and automated quality control technology.The focus on the instrument automatic calibration function of quality control technology.
