With the rapid development of automobile industry, the current model for automobile logistics handover can not meet increasing transportation and warehousing demands. Since paper documents with bar code will cause large man power and time delay on data validation, it brings wrong loading occurred frequently and led to companies lots of mistakes and economic losses directly. RFID technology is a good solution for it. There are some advantage of huge storage capacity, good repetition data, remote reading, batch script reading and automation. Therefore, it has become a hot potato to release workers from manually data input process and to better enhance data automation quality.Firstly, based on Anyuan Automobile Logistics RFID e-handover system design, it is through current disadvantages in auto handover, warehousing process, bar code limitation and problem route cause to demonstrate the necessity to build an e-handover system using RFID technology. Secondly, it is analyzed RFID middleware elaborating on this platform and the use of the EJB component technologies such as architecture including data cleaning strategies design and priority-based real-time event scheduling policy design. Furthermore, the focus on the interface between the RFID middleware and RFID management system standardization and RFID management system processes were analyzed. Last but not least, the outlook and vision for RFID e-handover system is illustrated.
