In recent years, the concept of information technology has penetrated into all walks of life with the proliferation of the using computers, the Logistics Department is also in line. The Logistics Department divides into Human Resource Management, purchase center, dining center, property management, fixed assets center and so on. Large amounts of information should be handled. Such information is recorded on paper documents before, convey these files manually. This method leads a low work efficiency and inconvenient management, sometimes even errors. Therefore, building a powerful system to process these data for Logistics Department is necessary. In order to solve the problems that traditional working way faces, designing and implementing the purchase center and dining center of Logistics Department. By using the computer platform, makes the work-step automation. Develop the system by using software engineering, promoting the information of Logistics Department. This system has following features:easy to use, rigorous, practicality and extendable. The purpose of building a software system is to make the work more relax and rapidly, so the system’s practicality should be ensured. The operational processes shouldn’t be more complex than before and the running result should be accuracy. The implementation of the system integrates the popular framework technology struts, hibernate and spring, using the B/S model and layered architecture approaches the MVC design pattern. The relationship between modules is loose. This makes the system be easy to maintain and extend. This paper discusses the implementation process of Logistics Department system by using struts, hibernate and spring framework, including relevant technical presentations, the design goals, business process analysis, the corresponding module analysis, design and implementation, and system testing. The ending of the paper is the summary, and make an outlook of the Purchase center and Dining center of Logistics Department system.
