With the development of Internet infrastructure, network bandwidth expanding,people are no longer satisfied before the network just text and pictures of the exchange,interactive video is increasingly demanded.Through the IP network video interactive convenient, compared with the traditionalmeeting, save money and time, and the interaction of possible.The current video interactive application mainly has the following two:First is point to point video two-way interaction, such as Tencent video and secondis Multi point of the video interactive many, such as Hua Ping, active, Polycom etc.Interaction of point-to-point video, mainly is suitable for the individual theindividual parties, suitable for friends, business negotiations, but not suitable for theneed to discuss or user oriented scattered situation. This thesis mainly expounds themany-to-many video interactive, hereinafter referred to as network video conference.First of all, through the existing network video, interactive applications on themarket research and analysis, sort out the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds ofinteractive video conference system solution. Then in view of the network structure ofe-government network, through test and analysis after the relatively better videointeraction solution is put forward, which based on the layered architecture of thenetwork video conference system.Through study of key technologies and key problems to overcome, after nearly twoyears of design and development process, has completed based on the layeredarchitecture of the network video conference system. The system underlying the h.264codec technology, the application of IP address clustering algorithm, the CDN, the P4Pand streaming media transmission technology to achieve.Finally by forwarding agent developed server-side software, software and clientsoftware, such as a director of software built a with low delay, high quality and lownetwork load and ops simple network video conference system.Based on the layered architecture of the network video conference systemintegration based on P2P video conference system and based on the advantages of the server to forward the meeting system, and make up for the disadvantage of thetraditional video conference system. In effect for a balance between costs and meeting,and to achieve the balance between the cost and effect of video meeting.
