Family learning, as an important form in private school, is complementary to official one.Its prime time can be dated back to Eastern Han Dynasty, which plays an irreplaceable role forthe culture and society. What’s more, the family learning in “Shangshu” is closely related topolitical, economic, cultural and other social factors at that time. Therefore, the research offamily learning in Eastern Han Dynasty has a positive effect on the overall appearance and"Shangshu" history. There are no direct researches on the family learning in “Shangshu” before, whichprovides the academic space to explore. This thesis is mainly based on the literature of "afterthe Han Dynasty" supplemented by "Dong Guan Han Ji school note","eight Han Annotation"and other historical records. By sorting out related materials, the author summarizes14families in “Shangshu” and makes a further discussion. The family learning in “Shangshu” has a long history, and exerts sustainable impact in theacademic field. The reason is that all the Empires study “Shangshu” in Eastern Han Dynasty.Otherwise, the incorruptible politics and stable society play the foundation for prosperity of“Shangshu”. As for the geography, transfer learning family gathered in Central Plains, Qiluarea and Wu Yue areas. However, there is no distribution in Bashu area because ofundeveloped economy and less communication. Through the academic and political literature,we find that the transfer learning family is characteristic with widely absorbing differentschools, actively promoting own school. The scope is no longer limited to the man in thefamily, but the female members also have the chance. Some of them even make greatcontribution to family learning. As for politics,“Shu” has become the preferred way ofcombing family learning with politics.“Shu” used by Hong nong yang is the most typical inthe14families.“Gao Mo”,“Hong Fan”,“Lu punishment”,“Yao Dian”, and “Shun Dian” arethe5top quotation due to their political philosophy and the view on autocratic monarchy, emperor cultivation and officials appointment, etc. The Confucian classics has the trend ofdivination. The research findings show that transfer learning families tend to apply thedivination in the broad sense. They take advantage of divination to express political views, tosupport monarch, to serve dominion, which are the real purpose.
