Development Of Simulation Training System For CNG Filling Station

The great development of the world automobile industry and the great demand for clean energy, contributed to the vigorous development of clean energy vehicles, with natural gas vehicles (CNG vehicles) for representative. With the natural gas vehicles’development in the ascendant, CNG filling station construction also entered the period of great development, led to the rapidly developing demand for industry professionals and operators. The traditional classroom-style teaching and teacher training with the act cannot fully meet the demand for professionals in the industry, it is necessary to adopt new means of professionals’ training. To solve this problem, we tried to build a virtual simulation training software system for the CNG filling stations practitioners’training and assessment.This paper mainly studied the development and application of CNG filling station simulation training system, as follows:1. Through theoretical research and field research on the theory of CNG filling stations, extensive theoretical and field data were collected, and according to the on-site needs of simulation training, a systematic needs analysis and composition analysis was done, on this basis, simulation training system’s main function modules’ analysis and design was finished.2. Based on the theoretical research, demand analysis, composition analysis and functional modules setting, followed by the simulation system interface design, I/O device definitions, real-time database creation and connection, simulation screen connection and script editor, CNG filling stations simulation training system was developed. And finally the software development process of the simulation module part was successfully completed, achieved the systematic analysis’s goal.3. Relational database management software SQL Server 2000 and visual programming language was used for the establishment of simulation training exam system. On the basis of the exam system which has been established, the simulation training system’s comprehensive assessment module of automatically extracting and assembling, automatic scoring, automatic evaluation given test results and analysis report has been developed4. As The CNG filling stations simulation training system software have been developed, analysis of the software’s characteristics was made. Based on these characteristics, the four application models in the actual and its application effect of the simulation training system were discussed. Practice has proved that the application of the advanced, practical, scientific CNG filling stations simulation training system in classroom teaching and employee training was a pragmatic and effective way to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and practical training, thus improving the level of personnel skills.
