With the number of compressed natural gas filling stations in the growing,requirements are also rising for filling stations monitoring system. Due to theLabVIEW’s graphical programming characteristics. LabVIEW has been used inmore and more areas of monitoring, filling stations monitoring system also cameinto being. Along with the LabVIEW software’s features gradually increased, thegradual expansion of the scope of application. Its performance is also morepowerful. Therefore, we design a monitoring system based on LabVIEW fillingstations.First, we did an in-depth research work for the operational flow of themajor filling stations in China. Specific description of the purpose andsignificance of this topic,and monitoring system based on LabVIEW fillingstations’s research. Specific elaborate the basic rationale of the LabVIEWsoftware, including the basic mode of operation of this monitoring system, thebasic concepts of some function and the introduction of some structural.According to the LabVIEW, and build a complete filling stations monitoringsystem.Design of the filling stations management systems based on LabVIEW aremainly concentrated in the following aspects, on the platform based on LabVIEW,design of filling stations unified regulatory system’s front panel and blockdiagram, supervising officer can easy and intuitive observation filling stationsoperating condition via a PC, and meantime management of each filling machine.In this issue, designed hardware system architecture is joint topology, we use thePC as the master host computer, connecte with every filling machine forcommunication through the RS-232serial port, Due to limited laboratoryconditions, so aerated bit machine simulates real-life’s filling machine, The bitmachine used in this article is the PIC16F877MCU, we send analog to upper machine through programming to drive bit machine, such as temperature,pressure, etc, in order to better two-way transmission of information and moreconvenient management. The host machine is mainly responsible for real-timemonitoring the level of filling machine, compressed natural gas’s temperatureand pressure, etc. When they are more than a certain upper and lower limits, thealarm system will alert. You can also set the unit price of liquid gas.In summary, the main functions of this regulatory system are as follows, thedata acquisition of the aerated, display and summary, detection of the fillingmachine state, the artificial setting of the filling machine parameters,management of the filling machine, processing of real-time and historical data.
