Along with the prevalence of DCS, the simulation and training system shows great importance in the petroleum and chemical industry. As a result, the development of petrifaction simulation and training system has attracted intensive attention in this area.This paper focuses the technical changing of 600kt continuous reforming equipments in JinZhou petrifaction, in which the sequential modular was used as the basic method for setting up system model. On the basis of OOP simulation technic, all the technical processes, equipments, control and conditions of JinZhou petrifaction's continuous reforming equipment has been analyzed and continuous reforming simulation system has been developed. The system has some functions, such as realizing the equipment's pretreatment, simulation functions of operation and trouble-shooting in catalytic reaction and catalytic regeneration. The system could train technical operators and be researched by process managers in product project . Furthermore, the system could pre-regulate some developed controlling project and some optimizing design.After the software debugging period, the simulation and training system has been come into use. In six week's, more than 80 technicians were trained. With the help of the simulation training, the starting work of continuous reforming equipment operating of JinZhou petrifaction succeeded at the first trial, which created a new history and saved a great deal of operating expenses.
