In this society, in the face of all kinds of life stress, such as the ability to work, physical condition, marital status, and other events, will cause the body’s physiological and psychological changes, meanwhile cause neuropsychiatric activities subject to interference, lower performance, emotional instability, lack of concentration, decreased ability to judge and so results. And under a high degree of physical and mental stress for a long-term may lead to a series of state of occurrence of neuropsychiatric disorders, such as anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, insomnia. In front of so much competitive pressure, a person’s psychological qualities are particularly important. It is necessary to assess the psychological qualities of the people and improve the psychological quality of people to respond to different pressures.Since Wundt established the world’s first psychological laboratory in1897, more than100years of psychology research has been booming. In1905, the French psychologist Binet and doctor Simon worked out the world’s first complete and mature Intelligence Scale-Scale Binet-Simon. From then on, the psychological tests movement to flourish, the endless variety of tests, and then extended to the field of psychology of temperament, personality, interests, values from the measure of the ability. But the psychological world is complex and affected by many factors, simple test alone can’t accurately reflect psychological reaction, so the methods of psychological assessment by a simple psychological test continues to expand to the observation, interviews, case histories and many other methods. At present, the methods of psychological assessment include working method, projection method and scale questionnaire method and so on. Practices Act is letting the measured do the actual operation, then the testers take the qualitative psychological quality assessment. According to their performance in the job,this method can solve the problems of the patients who were limited to the educational and cultural factors, but this method depends on the test’s cognitive level, different testers’ evaluation results are quite different, so it’s too subjective. Projective technique is that the subjects are asked to answer freely according to their own understanding and feelings of ambiguous image, ink, or a sentence, to understand the internal language and psychological characteristics of the subjects. In this method, there is no fixed accurately evaluation basis, can not accurately evaluate the individual’s psychological qualities. The most commonly used Scale questionnaire is a series questions, so subjects choose "Yes" or "No" or made in several limited answers and the score based on the answer results. The result of this approach is rated easy, easy for unified treatment, and suitable for large-scale use. But there are some disadvantages, such as this method is subjectively answer the questionnaire problems, the subjects are very easy to make some positive answers deliberately which caused the test results is falsified. In addition, different scales are drawn up for the different purpose. Therefore, the questionnaire does not fully reflect the individual’s psychological quality, unless making a large number of evaluation scale reflecting different aspects of psychological quality. From the point of Scale score basis, the norm is not suitable for all people, for individuals of different ages or different levels of education, we need to evaluate and analysis from multiple dimensions of the scale, so their differences with the norm will vary. With the continuous development of physiology and medicine, human understanding of the relationship between psychological reactions and body physiological reaction is more and more, so the body’s physiological parameters are gradually entering the workers’ sight of the psychological tests, and with the development of the electronics and computer science disciplines, they are continued to be applied. For example, the latest international psychology measurement techniques, EEG technology, EEG events relevant units technology, galvanic skin technology. These new technologies provide a more scientific basis for psychological assessment. In the future research, people will conduct more in-depth research in this area.Qualitative evaluation models for the evaluation of psychological state include Practices Act, the projection method and scale method, there are vulnerable effected by the experience, knowledge, subjective mood state of, as well as to be limited by the sampling data. We intend to apply heart rate variability (HRV) and the surface electromyogram technology (sEMG) to establish a psychological quality assessment and training system for quantitative assessment of human psychological qualities. The heart rate variability (HRV) refers to the heart rate rhythm of the pace with the time changes. HRV analysis subtle time changes and its laws of one by one cardiac cycle. This change is often difficult to detect in the body surface ECG record or slightly without taking into account the result of slight. The sinus rhythm described in the normal ECG does not equal to the heart rate without variation. The study object of HRV just is successive time differences of the cardiac cycle. A list of the body circumferential difference during each heart beat can be shown bunch of parameters to reflect the instantaneous fluctuation of the heart rate continuously. In order to adapt to the different physiological condition or some pathological state, the fluctuations in the heart rate is regulated by the vivo neurohumoral. Therefore, heart rate variability can provide quantitative parameters on the activity and balance of the autonomic nervous system, the blood pressure and the function of cardiovascular system, which can effectively and objectively evaluate the individual’s emotional state of mind. Surface EMG (sEMG) electrical signals associated with muscle contraction, is an important method for non-invasive detection of muscle activity on the body surface. While the reaction of muscle tension under the stress can be used to monitor the individual’s emotional stress reaction. The most advanced psychology intervention techniques is biofeedback techniques. Biofeedback is a treatment program of integrating psychological and physical factors. Its core is to establish link of the individual’s physical and mental state and specific physiological indicators to help us understand the mutual relations and control method of mental activity and physiological activities. The equipment acquire the bioelectrical activity of the human body and amplify them, the amplified signal express as the form of the visual or auditory for the individual to understand the status of their own body, and learn to be free to control and correct the abnormal physiological changes to some extent. We thus improve the hypothalamus and the limbic system and alleviate the various psychosomatic disorders.In this paper, the link between the pulse wave signals with heart rate is applied. Through the acquisition and analysis of pulse wave signal result the various parameters of heart rate variability signal. We collect surface EMG signal and analysis them. Integrated with biofeedback technology, design a community psychological quality assessment and intervention system.The subject’s innovation lies in the combination of physiological psychology. Choosing physiological indicators can objectively reflect the state of mind of the individual, the proposed sensor clothed, the liberation of the subject’s hands and feet, convenient psychological assessment under various operating; To use the world’s leading ZigBee wireless technology, effective transmission distance of up to100meters, so the increased scope of activity of subjects; Comprehensive support groups and personal assessment training; Intends to integrate the entire system in a small device which can easy to carry; Scientific, real-time, objective quantitative assessment of the results for the psychological qualities of individuals or groups, through the use of computer technology to provide a quantitative assessment of the basis for the psychological assessment; And application of bio-feedback technology, using state-of-the-art multimedia technology, combine with the game’s psychological and emotional state of individuals and groups to training.
