| This article set Shanghai East Radio News Channel as the research object and the media convergence as the study perspective, trying to study the impact to traditional broadcast media, which is came from the coexistence of multi-media in the Pan-media era, and the strategy for the broadcast station to deal with the impact.Based on the pan-media environment, the article firstly summarized the development status of the present broadcast and broadcast news station. Secondly, reviewed and summarized the object of this study----the first country wide news station, Shanghai East Radio News Channel. Finally, presented for the current competition among the media and the development of media co-exist and integration, the article analyzed the development strategy of broadcast media.Based on the characteristics of broadcast media, the article provided the response strategy to the eastern broadcast news station. The strategy is to play the advantages of broadcast news, to minimize the time difference between broadcast news and news events, through the integrated application of news alerts and connection reported in the news scroll in the process of forming a series-type Reported advantages, stability and expansion of the broadcast audience.Web, Mobile phones and other new media make a huge impact on the development of broadcasting.
