Combining the apply embedded system with image and speech signal acquisition technology, facilitate transmit the acquisition and control, signal processing and transmission modules to CMOS image acquisition unit exterior. The approach does not only simplify the communication command between development platform and image acquisition devices, reducing the development effort, but also expand the system features. This article aims to probe the embedded development platform based on ARM of its project and feasibility in the image acquisition .Combined with the collection of environmental parameters, the subject has a more technical and functional advantages compared with traditional voice image acquisition technology.For the characteristic of sports image and speech signal acquisition,it presents the embedded systems solution that consist of USB image acquisition which based on the ZC0301P master chip to whole design.And combine with environmental parameters collection function , basis on this discuss in detail to collect and control system involved the program , data collection, processing, transmission and storage and other issues , give a more detailed exposition to embedded platform development technology processes based on ARM and Windows CE system. In terms of hardware , analyze the features of the ARM architecture system, propose selection basis of development platform ; In terms of software , introduce the Windows CE operating system of its application development on the basis of Windows CE operating system's operating characteristics , complete an operating system migration,collect application development and driver debug of image capture device and so on, integrate with voice and image acquisition, study on possibility of using development platform of its AD conversion to record environmental parameters, write and debug AD device driver , design application interface .This article validate embedded platforms based on ARM and Windows CE of this project is feasibility, in addition to basic functions such as image speech signal acquisition,real-time display,transfer and storage , also enable multi-channel synchronous acquisition of external environmental parameters.
