Coal mine the spontaneous combustion gangue phenomenon exists generally,environmental pollution and harm of prevention and control of the spontaneouscombustion gangue, great is the focus of the mining area environment repair researchcontent. The spontaneous combustion of coal gangue is an extremely complexphysicochemical course, which often changes from the static state under normaltemperature to state of combustion. Its oxidation process is not only restricted by itsintrinsic physicochemical properties, but also has close relationship to its rock phasecomposition, water content, specific surface area, porosity and ecological environment.As to this question, we adopt the establishment of wireless sensor networks toachieve the environmental monitoring in coal gangue. This paper first used the PSO/Z1natural criterion method of the self-ignition orientation of coal gangue dump apreliminary judgment, determined the self-ignition orientation of coal gangue piles; Thesummer’s application, the influence of the generation’s law of coal gangue dump of the mixedgas explosion the explosion limit evaluated; And the BP neural network and LVQ neuralnetwork classification technology to realize the detonation of the spontaneouscombustion gangue since early warning and relevant process; The spontaneouscombustion gangue to influence the detonation of the most important impact oftemperature and its contains can create all kinds of flammable and explosive gas contentand information collection, the characteristic extraction, through the judgment of theself-ignition orientation of coal gangue piles, in order to realize the mountain of ganguereal-time monitoring, predictive control purpose, for the safety of coal gangue mountainexist to provide strong guarantee. The experimental results show that the system PSO/Z1spontaneous combustion judging method and LVQ neural network classificationtechnology all can obtain the ideal effect. The result of the study is to prevent thespontaneous combustion gangue has strong theoretical significance and practicalapplication value.
