With China's economic development and popularization of internet, telecom value-added services in China have made great progress. Since China stared to open the value-added telecom services market in 1993, value-added telecom business has been rapid development. During the development, there would be many problems:user's complaints, server provider's complaints that there were not enough smooth communication channels, it's hard to find helpful way to cooperate with operators, and so on. So if we want to solve above problems, there must be government's regulation. At present, in communications authority the process for handling appeal is requesting by telephone, manual recording the request and tracking by telephone. Disadvantage:fewer operater; paper office, hard statistical work; slow manual processing. To solve the above problem, the system inergrates the call center and CTI close.Telecom user appeal handling system based Spring. Net framework used to handl telecom user's appeal for communications authority.It designed to improve supervision, provide better services for telecom user, and hope to achieve the extension of technology and innovation.The basical reson is that the call cener system bases on Spring.Net framework. In this thesis, according to the background of solving problem during telecom value-added business development, we analysis the problem of government and communications authority, the problem of value-added services provider, the weakness of industry self-regulation.Since the advantage of Spring.Net framework, we build telecom user appeal handling system based Spring. Net framework.This thesis discusses design and implementation of the 12300 telecom user appeal handling system, including the call center sub-system, user appeal handling subsystem. Both comprehensive and workable system function are consider. The object-oriented method of developing was used. |
