With the globalization of technology and the rapid development of the Internet,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.To obtain a positive market position,we must fundamentally improve the service attitude and quality,and improve the level of information services provided by the company.The call center system is a comprehensive information management platform that integrates phone information,radio information,version information,and community business information.It is also an important part of formulating new business plans and old business new business plans,which can effectively improve the work efficiency of employees.And the speed of information acquisition helps the company create more value.For such a platform,how to further improve service quality has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs and implements a call center business system based on Spring MVC.It is based on Spring MVC,combined with XML document configuration technology and CRM technology,and combines work order management,customer management,and statistical report management for online mode synthesis,providing a more convenient and fast working environment for agents on the call center side.At the same time,it provides a clearer and more reasonable solution for the administrator to supervise the system.The article first introduces the research background and related technologies,and then analyzes the needs of the system based on the actual needs and application scenarios of the enterprise.After that,the overall configuration of the system is analyzed in detail and the data table is designed.In the design and implementation,based on the needs analysis work,the system framework was further refined and the design and implementation of various functions were elaborated.Finally,based on the function division,the system was tested for functions and performance to ensure the availability of the system.
