In this paper, expatiate the definition of the Call Center, domestic and international call center system and the current development trend in the development of the industry, discusses the J2EE lightweight structure features, propose a framework based on J2EE lightweight, and expatiate presentation tier, business tier, persistence tier using technology and the process, design of the J2EE-based lightweight structure of the Call Center System and given to the realization of the core modules.Firstly, detailed analysis of the J2EE lightweight structure of the application characteristics, and the realization of the structure of the specific technical characteristics and realizing way.Secondly, by analyzing the presentation tier of WebWork framework, persistence tier of Hibernate framework, and business tier Spring framework for the framework processes and technical superiority. In this paper, using the framework of Spring integrated the WebWork and the Spring frameworks, bring forward the J2EE lightweight structure.Finally, in this paper, put the J2EE lightweight structure integrated with Call Center System, propose a framework based on J2EE lightweight Call Center solution, and taking Call Center System of PCCW in Hong Kong as an example, its system functions and operational functions of the design and realization of the core modules.Design Call Center System and Implementation Core Modules Based on J2EE Lightweight Structure has a significant milestone for China's development in Call Center System.
