CTI(Computer Telecommunication Integrated)is a new and active technology of computer technology, communication technology and network technology. The Call Center is the typical application of CTI technology. The Call center is a replying center that mainly treats with the phone call from client. It can effectively serve for the customer, promote diversification in the enterprise marketing channel, enhance whole competitive ability of the enterprise. Call Center has allured more and more enterprises' interest. The article aims at the present situation, introduces a kind of design and implementation of Call Center in the minor corporation based on CTI technology.The article expatiates on the basic principle and correlation technology of the Call Center. Several kinds of call center which at present exist are analyzed in the paper, aiming at intranet of the minor corporation, builds a Call Center which based on the Voice Card. PC is the terminal of the system. The system realizes communication between the telephone and the computer. This article has in detailed produced the function and the design of the gateway and the terminal. The configuration of gateway, the programme of Voice Card, the design of database, voice mailbox, dialogue recording and so on are major introduced. The system takes Microsoft NetMeeting as terminal software, has realized communication with the gateway. Because of the inferior flexibility of the NetMeeting, the thought and the implement flow of the terminal are introduced, and the Custom terminal about function and realization is expatiated. The system takes SQL Server as database, makes communication with database through the ODBC, and provides a set of perfect sales services.The system takes VC++ as the development language, has developed software and interface of the Call Center system. The Call Center designed in this thesis has very strong general ability to the securities trading, can be applied to big or small business.
