Many advanced studies of security monitoring system have been done and a grid-based vehicle identification integrated application system is proposed in this paper. By laying out a certain amount of cameras, and with recognition technology of license plate, the system can real-time monitor traffic condition of all access roads or junctions, and all kinds of illegal data or criminal vehicles. Besides, it offers strong technical means to traffic police, criminal police and other police officers for combating illegal effectively. In addition, based on the analysis of secure access control on system, we propose the corresponding security access models and algorithms. This paper include:1,Analyze the control status of internal vehicle and the research significance of this issue, analyze and discuses the current security monitoring system, introduce related technologies of J2EE and grid.2,Considering of the defect of the security access control existing in the current security monitoring system, we design an improved role-based access control model and algorithm.3,Using cluster and web-storage to solve the actual problems of mass data and mass calculation.4,Using the proposed access control model, as well as Cluster environment with high-performance information processing and Network Storage System, and the current motor control problems considered, we design and implement the grid comprehensive motor vehicle applications.
