With the national economic development and improve the level of information society, e-government to help government departments to enhance the operational capacity, efficiency and so on. Golden Tax Project, is in this context, through the advanced network and information technology to achieve the tax business to migrate to an open Internet model. It is to absorb the international advanced experience, the use of high-tech design combined with our value-added high-tech management practice management system.In this paper, the system through the tax burden on taxpayers in general the rate of main business gross profit margin, income tax comparison, sales proceeds payable items stay in touch contrast, recipients of VAT invoices, VAT invoices entry into the sales comparison analysis of several indicators of early warning and comprehensive analysis of the comparison, intuitive, clearly reflects the basic conditions of the taxpayers, to effectively address tax-related information asymmetry due to the formation of tax collection difficulties, the tax department at all levels to strengthen general taxpayer to provide strong technical support.The first paper details the system requirements analysis, functional classification of the various subsystems, use cases using UML design language, the abstract functions of the system, users or other systems into the interaction with the system task.
