With the rapid development of Computer Network Technology in recent years, the demand of petroleum enterprise in the production optimization and management has been increasingly enhanced. And they invest billions of funds for the enterprise information construction every year. Therefore, it is inevitable to see that we should start an informationized management platform, using the ideas and means in information technology, to achieve the institutionalization, standardization, systematization and modernization of the enterprise informationized work.This paper analyzes the situation and the problems of China petroleum informationized work that has been implemented in unified management, discusses the major process and demand of overall planning and management, project management, business management and asset management. Based on the NET development platform, we set up the framework in the informationized work management platform, and take advantage of modular methods to design and to implement each of the subsystem in detail. The system makes different levels of the information management departments be abreast of the most recent information about personnels, finances and informationized assets in work. It also greatly speeds the examination and the approval process for all levels of informationized work.
