In past few years, self-service terminal developed very rapidly in our country. The industry's self-service devices have emerged in the commercial downtown area, business area and residential areas. They appearance are to break the constraints of time and space, the user can in the 24 hours to enjoy all-weather service. Now the self-service terminal is not only a single simple self-service terminal. For example, mobile communications industry's the early bill check machine. Now the self-service terminal is a function of integrated, diversified, and customer self-service customer interaction platform. Customers can apply most of the business through this terminal instead of applying at the counter according to individual needs, accessing to personal consumption, seeing operating room activities. Significant diversion of the counter pressure on staff, allowing the counter staff put more energy to response to high-end services.This paper analyzes our province existing C/S structure of the self-service system, proposed based on B/S structure of the WEB system of self-service terminals, described in detail the system design and development process. First, a feasibility analysis and system requirements'analysis, system implementation and then begin to discuss the program and implementation methods. In the outline design, the proposed system, the construction task, and then determine the system structure, framework and function modules. In the detailed design; the first discusses the development of platform structures, and then introduced the system of data connection, library description, a detailed analysis of system function module of business processes and implementation methods, and then discussed the establishment of the' system and stored procedures to achieve the end of the system deployment.
