Design And Implementation Of Xingan Vocational And Technical College Academic Management System Based On B/S Structure

The work on educational administration of institutions of higher learning is not only an extremely important part of the higher education,but also the foundation in the entire teaching administration of the institution.With the expanded scale of XingAn Vocational and Technical College,In more traditional educational resources and a lack of educational administrative departments have also been increased workload and difficulty.In order to digitize and standardize the teaching management,improve teaching and school level fundamentally the overall quality,it is imperative to establish an educational management system,which is suitable for management features Xing'an Polytechnic.Xing'an Vocational and Technical College Academic Management platform,and uses the popular MVC design pattern and Struts application framework developed.Oracle used as a back-end database,and security mechanisms and business mechanisms for the teaching Oracle database management platform.In the process of development of the system,computer software research and development ideas and methods have been applied to the analysis of the functional requirements and educational management system is divided into modules.The overall design and implementation of the system from the effects of structural and technical patterns in two ways.Educational management is about the entire process,from admission to graduation students.The main role of the system of information business teachers,evaluate curriculum management,curriculum information management,educational administration,school management,report generation,performance management and systems operations.It is easy to transplant system to various operating system platforms,due to the use of layered architecture of the system and module reusability greatly increased the role of development.The system function test results showed that educational management system can run well,open type of information management,sharing,and exploring the implementation of the system.Due to high interactivity,teaching office efficiency and quality of highly enhanced to achieve development objectives.
