| Radio frequency amplifier is an extremely important part in communication and radar systems. Its performance has significant implications for the whole system. We can say that there is no modern communication without RF amplifier. The rapid development of military and civilian communication systems make higher and newer requirements for RF amplifier. Microwave devices and microwave technology are two major factors to promote the development of microwave power amplifier and low noise amplifier. Design, simulation and realization of power amplifier and low noise amplifier are discussed in this article, including RF amplifiers circuit and DC feed circuit. Simulation results and test results are also provided.Pulsed power amplifiers are widely used in pulse radar, phased array radar, telemetry and other areas. Its design, production, testing, testing are key technologies. In accordance with the requirements of system indicators, a 200W power pulse amplifier is designed using balanced three-stage cascade structure. Main parameters of the test results are provided.Low-noise amplifier is very important to the sensitivity of the wireless communication device. It is a key factor in radar, communications electronic countermeasures and other systems. It is commonly used in front-end receiver, with the major role to enlarge the air antenna to receive the weak signal and reduce noise to demodulate the data. A 1 dB noise figure low noise amplifier with balanced structure is designed. Simulation and test results are provided.
