| With the rapid development of IT Services, the concept of IT Services has been changed dramatically too. IT Maintenance Services has extended to a very broad range from previous narrow range. IT services is not only about recovering the system when it is down, but also including lot of other services. In general, IT services are covering the whole life cycle of IT system. This thesis is to study the implementation of IT service bases on above extended IT services concept.Base on concept of SaaS(Software as a Service) module, thesis study the current domestic IT maintenance services and present a SaaS based automate IT maintenance service system which support multi-user under a unified platform. With that platform, users will have almost same experiences as they are working on their own company IT system, while company can save lot of money in hardware and maintenance cost. Besides, that unified platform makes it possible for company to share the information within different organization in different area, therefore, to have better control on those IT systems and get updated information in time.After introduce the background and object of study in IT service system, thesis analyzes and summaries the status of related international research and application, and analyzes the SaaS model and related technology of software applications architectures. Then thesis analyzes the requirement of SaaS platform and presents the design of software implantation, which including the requirement analysis of SaaS based IT maintenance platform, the implementation of the function model and the features for each function model. Finally, thesis present the summaries and prospect of study in SaaS based automate IT services platform. |
