The beam direction of the phased array radar can switch quickly, which provides the phased array radar with high agility and the ability of accomplishing multi-functions such as search and tracking. In order to make full use of the radar system, it is necessary to exert effect resource management to realize reasonable resource allocation among the tasks. The adaptive scheduling algorithm of the phased array radar resource management is studied mainly, consist of task prioritization and scheduling. The main attributions are as follows:1.The four factors affect the scheduling and the main three principles the schedule algorithm should stand by are introduced, three principles used to evaluate the schedule algorithm are proposed.2.The priority assignment is introduced. the target threat evaluation method and the priority of track target assignment are proposed. The typical rules of task relactive priority assignment are studied and simulated, the simulation results show their influences on schedule.3. A adaptive schedule algorithm based on genetic algorithm is proposed ,and the adaptive schedule algorithm based on time pointer is studied , the simulation results show their schedule capabilities, the results show that the adaptive schedule algorithm based on time pointer has the best track job scheduling performance.4.A phased array radar resource management simulation system based on MATLAB is established , and this simulation is used to evaluation the track ability of the adaptive schedule algorithm.5. Realizing the resource management subsystem of a airborne phased array radar simulation software with C++ programme language.
