The 21st century is a knowledge explosion of the century, the rapid development of Internet media, traditional education has been a strong impact, self-learning has gradually become the new darling of the education sector. Self-learning can help students creative abilities, different thinking, critical thinking, the spirit of discovery, and learning partners coexistence capabilities.Based on the autonomy of the current Web2.0 application of learning, little, and Web2.0 features more suitable for their work together, in fact, in the enterprise already has a number of specific applications. Therefore, this application form will be introduced in various Web2.0 independent network learning. This article based on Web2.0 and self-learning features, building a network based on autonomous learning communities Web2.0, Web2.0 try to apply the teaching module, hoping to play the advantage, to make up for lack of practical conditions, the smooth development of self-learning. The study include the following aspects:1. By means of literature on self-learning and Web2.0 concepts and the current research interpretation and summary.2. Building Web2.0 network environment based on the network self-learning platform to effectively integrate the various Web2.0 applications, for example wiki, blog, Rss subscribe, Tag, etc., in order to carry out independent study to provide specific conditions.3. Web2.0 Web development environment based on autonomous learning platform, the system uses sophisticated C/S architecture, using Asp.net programming, background database with SQL Server2000. Conditions due to time constraints and personal capacity, design and implementation of this system there are many inadequacies.
