With the development of the Internet, expansion and variety with users' demands, needs related with Web2.0 are emerged. Traditional Web1.0 provides information by web owner, while Web2.0 focuses on interaction among users. Web2.0 becomes the trend of internet. People-oriented and high user experences are the core of Web2.0.SNS, Social Networking Services, is internet applications which help people constitute social network. It bases on Six degrees of separation, digs out resource of people's relations by internet. Users make friends easily with SNS. Furthermore, it expands and manages the interpersonal relationship for users.The essence of Web 2.0 is the socialized Internet, which makes SNS get a high-speed development. SNS platform based on Web 2.0 represents core thought people oriented, which has many exciting applications. It can make users contact with each other and form a huge society network, and then bring new experience to users.This task lasts for eight months, which designed and implemented a SNS based on Web2.0, and provided users contact synchronization service and abundant community services such as album, blog and communication with others. This platform improves users'experience with technologies such as Ajax, SyncML, and Lucene.This dissertation discusses technologies related with design and realization of a SNS platform based on Web2.0, introduces design and realization of the whole system, and discusses some key technologies deeply. First, this paper analyzes inner and outer actuality of development, and expects development prospects of SNS platform based on Web2.0. Second, this paper describes design of the whole system and modules. SNS Platform includes three main modules: Web and Wap module, data synchronization module and inner web search module. Third, this paper introduces performance test and analysis of test data, and then proposes and realizes optimization scheme. Finally, at the end of this paper, it explains values of this task, summarizes experiences, points out existing shortages, and proposes improvement measures.
