With the rapid development of the computer and network technology, the traditional industrial production is gradually turning to the automation control production led by computer. In the coal industry, developing the mining technique and monitoring technology is the pointcut of the coal industry transforming in the recent years. And the mining technique and monitoring technology are based on the computer automation control. Underground mining activity is the high-risk industry so that accidents often occur. One of the main causes is that the superior monitors are unable to timely learn about the real condition of production in coal mine. Therefore, the priority among priorities of coal industry transformation is how to achieve the dynamic monitoring of the production status in underground mine and the effective monitoring of the coal mine. In the process of coal mine supervision, the data can be timely and effectively uploaded to the superior monitoring unit, which is the guarantee to keep the supervising work goes on smoothly. In this background, in order to solve the problems in development of the coal mine data transmission system, the Coal Mine Four-level Networking Data Security Transmission Framework is designed.At present, many organizations have carried out extensive researches into the coal mine data transmission system, especially the data transmission of gas. However, the researches of these data transmission are the one which only from the underground mine to the ground monitoring center. There are no such researches that discuss the networking data transmission of coal mine. In addition, it hasn't realized the design for framework of the coal mine multi-level networking data security transmission which is combined with the ideas of the object-oriented and software framework.In this thesis, through the detailed investigation of the coal mine data transmission requirement, the reusable Coal Mine Four-level Networking Data Security Transmission Framework is proposed, designed and implemented, which is based on the in-depth analysis and research of software architecture, software framework, database technology and Python development language, combined with the idea of object-oriented and software reuse. And the framework is the product of combining the coal mine data transmission system with the software framework and software reuse.The achieved framework can guide the software development of the four-level networking data transmission system including the mine-to-county, the county-to-city and the city-to-province. And it can also guide the every level of software development of data transmission. In addition, various methods of security control are used in the process of data transmission to ensure the safety of data transmission. At present, guided and realized by the framework, the data transmission system has been tried to run in a number of large enterprises and groups such as the Yangquan Coal Group, etc.
