| As China has joined the WTO for several years,the competition among the internal commercial banks become more and more vehement.At the side of information technic,to satisfy the needs of the competition ,the development and the customer,we must solve the problems that how to transfer and deal with messages in convenient ,timely and efficient way. This paper gives a utility and low cost measure to resolve the problems. In this way,the efficiency of working in bank can be increased.In this way,the time of informing status of computer system of bank can be shorted to assure the stabilization and credibility for the computer system.In this way,the quality of customer service of bank can be improved to build a fire-new trade and communicated channel. To solve the problem above paragraphs,this paper indicate how to build a short message service system of bank by combining short message technic of mobile communication with information technic of bank.A short message service system of bank is formed by a short message communication system and a short message application system. Short message communication system is used not only to be a communication bridge between the mobile short message center and the all kinds of application system of bank,but also to be the manage and control center for bank`s short message.Short message application system can collect data,transact operation,send data to the communication system and receive data from it. Short message application system is formed by three subbranch system,which is:mobile bank system,electronic device monitor and alarm system,offical notify system. Mobile bank system build a fire-new trade channel,all tradition business of bank can realized on it except the ready money business and the business which is highly request for time,further more the mobile bank system can offer voluntary service which is not exist in any other tradition business mode. Electronic device monitor and alarm system can monitor the running status of ATM and CDM,all kinds of servers and network system,can monitor the software and hardware,and send the warning message to the maintenance persons` mobile telephone。This system decrease the workload of the the maintenance persons,avoid trouble before it happen by sending message before it happen instead of after it had happen. Offical notify system have six functions,that is auto remind,daily arrange remind,exigency inform,business data send,business data query and telephone book query.This system can increase the velocity of message transfer,reduce the official cost,improve work efficiency. The short message service system of bank have several characteristics: ①support intercommunication; ②support all kinds of mobile telephone which can send and receive short message; ③support several request and response way; ④support several mobile company; ⑤supply richness service function; ⑥response time is very short; ⑦not be limited by time; ⑧not be limited by place. This system adopt blocking design,can be general used and easy expand. The bank SMS system have been used in Chongqing Branch of Bank of Communications which have above 2000000 depositers,1000 employees,about 80 subbranchs,200 self-help devices,acquire nicer effect. There are 20000 customers and 200000 pieces short message have been transferred every day in the bank SMS system.The fact prove that this system is security,stability and reliability.It solved the problems in the process of transfer message in bank,and improved service quality to bank customer,improved computer manage level,improved inner work efficiency.
