News media organizations are employed for the communication, exchange of information and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and occupational social groups. In the period of late Qing Dynasty, the rapid development of China's journalism, the quantity and quality of employee improved significantly in the dissemination activities, they discuss topics of common interest more and more, including how to strengthen the internal Joint Newspaper World, resisting newspaper laws, freedom of speech, maintaining Newspaper World Community, promoting progress in other newspapers. This requires a collective approach, exchanges and cooperation between organizations, so there is an objective requirement of setting up the newspaper world. Media group, non-profit professional organization is composed of journalists spontaneously to realize the common will of its members, and their activities are organized in accordance with its charter, with professionalism, autonomy, supervision and other organizational characteristics. It contributed a lot to the early enterprise of news in China since its formation of in Late Qing and Early Republic, and the organization can be considered as a conscious awareness of the media representation occupational groups and can also be regarded as the mark of China's burgeoning early sign of journalistic professionalism. Since the emergence of China's media organizations, its development, restructuring, and extinction were not only the result of a drastic change in Chinese society, but also the major force promoting China's journalistic enterprise professionalization, having a profound impact on the process of professionalization of journalism in China.The formation of Press groups, professional conscious awareness, the internal re-differentiation and becoming an integral part of the continuous process of change, showed the social growth of Chinese newly developing professional groups in Late Qing and Early Republic, with a fairly typical significance. Over the years, research on social organizations has been hotspots in the history of the late Qing and Early Republic, but past results put more emphasis on business people, students and all kinds of revolution and constitutional groups, the press association and group activities were rarely involved. In view of this, the paper tries to be based on the books, memoirs, newspapers, magazines and detailed historical data, and studies the creation of various media groups and organizations activities of the Late Qing and Early Republic in detail. Based on that, I can grasp the characteristics and trends of press association in different historical periods, then add the necessary ingredients into construction research on the process of Chinese early news professionalism concept. This helps reveal the problems in the phenomenon of Chinese news professionalization issues, and is new exploration of the research on China early news professionalism.This paper is divided into the following six sections:1. Introduction, an overview on meanings of study, research review, research methods and purposes, the theoretical premise and the innovation points of this article;2. historical reasons and social conditions embodied in the appearance of press groups in Late Qing Dynasty and Early Republic, analysis of why the media groups came into being in Late Qing Dynasty and Early Republic from the historical and social perspectives, exploring the reasons and conditions needed for its establishment;3. the originator of group professional awareness:the first built of newspaper groups around from 1905 to 1912, a detailed analysis from the perspective of historical facts on Tianjin newspaper club, Shanghai Daily Association, Beijing Press Association, Guangzhou, Press Association and the four press groups contributed a lot to China early journalism, which indicates the initiative process of career awareness in China media groups;4. group professionals awareness:national union of newspaper world from 1912 to 1921, a study mainly two national media groups active in this period-- the Chinese Newspaper Advance Association and the National Council the Press, from which we can see the whole process of awakening of professional awareness in China Early media groups;5. the impact news media organizations in Late Qing and Early republic on Chinese journalistic enterprise, study the establishment of the media groups, meetings and activities according to the above sections, indicating its promotion to China's journalism professionalization and the contribution to Chinese early professionalism concept, and analyze the limitations of its still existing;6. Conclusion.
