| Security is the basis of all work. How to realize a most efficient security management has been a focus of enterprises and society's attention. Military forces are playing an important role as the guarantee force in safeguarding national security. As the base of the strategic reserves of our military forces, the self-security of the rear area warehouse has become a major problem which "is not the overall situation but influences that situation, and yet is not the center but affects the center". Based on a comprehensive survey and research, this dissertation summarize the factors, which will affect the security and stability of the rear area warehouse, to eight aspects including personnel, vehicles, confidentiality, access control, video monitoring, fire protection, flood control and riots control. Moreover, this dissertation creatively puts forward a mode of implementing the management integrated with the eight security elements: making full use of modern information technology and with the help of computer network platform to complete a comprehensive integration of subsystems for eight security elements, security evaluation and security early warning, in order to help the rear area warehouse administrations at different levels with the standardization, normalization and modernization of the security management.The next three chapters in this dissertation separately describes in details on the writer-involved realization of three subsystems (including subsystems for quantification and assessment of soldiers'qualification, video monitoring and security evaluation) in the rear area warehouse security management system. This system possesses preferable operability, practicability and easy maintenance. Application of the system will result in regulations to abide by in security, examples to follow in problems and records to check in responsibility for the rear area warehouses, therefore the comprehensive benefits of security management will be effectively improved. |
