Lcos Rear Projection Tv In The Signal Processing Module Electrical Design

To meet the demand of the Big-Screen TV , XOCECO(XiaMen Oversea Chinese Electronic Co.) decide to develop the LCOS rear project TV (abbreviate PH55D8), the project is charged by author . The article' intention is to introduce the principle of the popular rear project at present and the principle of hardware and the process of the debug. On the first chapter of the article , author review the history of rear project , then compared the advance and the shortcoming of the LCD, LCOS,DLP, at last, author express the reason why decide to select LCOS rear project as the subject of the thesis. On the second chapter, mainly show the optical engine module' architecture,the path of the light and the LCOS module' process. On the third chapter, system block diagram of PH55D8 was expatiated firstly, then express the notion for designing and explain the function block detailedly. On the forth chapter, author divide the system into three part: Optical engine module,Digital signal process module, Analog signal process module. These three modules are independented relatively, so it is very conveniently for debug; then depict the process of debug for debug one by one. On the fifth chapter, author offer some measures for improve the shortcoming of the current system, finally express the expectation for the LCOS project.
