Dongying City Water Conservancy Bureau, The Chief Soa-based Collaborative System Design And Implementation

After years of development, e-government has gained a lot of achievements in China, and a great deal of information resources and experiences have been accumulated. How to ensure the achievement of the effective development and utilization of information resources has become one of the key subjects for government information construction. In this paper, the existing problems of the construction and integration in e-government information construction are briefly enumerated, and the significance of the data exchange system in the development and utilization of information resources is analyzed.The subject of the information in the research trend of China Water Conservancy and Water Information Status of Dongying City, based on the Water Conservancy Bureau of Dongying City, analyzed data, using SOA technologies such as design and implement water information platform in Dongying City, and based on this platform of the Water Conservancy Bureau of Dongying City, e-government system. Water Resources Information System is a Web-based data sharing and exchange of water platforms, including the submission of information storage water, water processing and service information requests for information release and water treatment and response, etc., mainly solved the following problem:Storage of the collected original water informationStructured and management of water resources information ;Service release of water information ;Service request and response of water information.Based on the information platform of water information, the topics discussed the standardization of water information, and achieved a certain function of e-government system, Water Conservancy Bureau of Dongying City, including the traffic monitoring of the Yellow River in Dongying City, hydrological monitoring of the Yellow River, and water users comments and feedback, which have some practical significance.
