Design And Implementation Of The Haihe Water Resources Commission's E-government System

According to the basic requirements of security level protection in the information system, there are still many serious deficiencies in all respects of security protection in user management system which deployed in the extranet of Haihe water resources commission. So it cannot meet the requirements of security level protection. In order to further promote the construction of infor mation security and security system, we need to create a new set of management system which can provide support for the security measures.This dissertation fully cons iders the current situation of Haihe water resources commission and its af filiates. First, it determines the specific service objects of this system and integrates the personnel inform ation. Then, it also am ply analyses the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system and explores the special requirements of e-government in security.Realization of the system is mainly based on five parts: user services, business support, data resource, hardware facilities and computer networks. On the basis of the original facilities, we estab lished a unified user database and improved the fundamental government coordination platform. We also built an unified us er management system. In order to better meet a series of requirements of e-government system and make sure the technology is advanced and practical, we adopt a lot of core technologies, such as Web Service, AJAX, Hibernate, EXTJS, FLEX, the persistence layer framework, and so on.The completed e-government system has r ealized the data interaction between each subsystem and improved the security of the information transmission. It has also greatly improved the employee' s work ef ficiency and custom er satisfaction. This system has solved the unification layout pr oblems in the construction of business application system and it can b e used in other projects easily. It can not only reduce the repeated development and investment, but it can also ensure the long-term, orderly and efficient operation.
