"Two-oriented Society"puts forward new requirements for students' quality, at present, the traditional teaching mode has not completely satisfied. Information technology makes the life of people, learning mode with great changes.Network education is used in the field of education and further promote the reform and development of the campus, and expand the boundaries, create more vast network of diversified learning environment.Based on ASP.NET this task designed a network platform of self-autonomous learning of three levels ,carried it out with ASP.NET language environment & the data base of SQL Server 2005,which face objectives and are easy to expand. The task first analyzed the situation and trend of development of network teaching system, and made a study of the related key technology and methods of the structure of WEB platform system,WEB data base technology and ASP.NET technology. On these bases the system is designed and its functional needs are analyzed. The system consists of classroom learning,bulletin scanning,questioning on line,uploading homework,testing on line, and etc. In the designing and practicing of data base, the task analyzed the needs and made a logic design, and then put forward the method of back collocation of data base.The task designed the front page and major functional modules in detail, and carried them out through writing program.
