The safety of air traffic needs support of air traffic control (here after called ATC). Air traffic control automation system is base information tool of ATC. The Application brace of ATC are CNMS, meteorology system and flight automation system etc. In order to achieve better implementation of air traffic control, to enforce safety of air traffic, improve efficiency of air traffic control organizations, and various scheduling functions, We need to construct a settle of computer information system which integrate the data of meteorology, aviation flight dynamics, aeronautical information, device run state , air army activity and air line information etc, to achieve the comprehensive utilization of air traffic control system data, to meet the needs of inter-business data fast, safe and accurate delivery. But for a long time, ATC information system has been divided by catalog of business. Each system provides data services with independent method, resulting in the compartmentalization of data applications by business division. So they are unable to achieve the integration of data or integrated application services. Thus, that the solution for business compartmentalization of separate islands of data caused by divided ATC information systems become the most important design goals during the process of air traffic control information system construction.In order to break the compartmentalization situation of ATC information system data, realize the integrated utilization of ATC data, this paper completed the following work by the construction of Southwest Air Traffic Control bureau integrated display SystemUse Web Service technology which oriented on service architecture, building multi-layer data application based on C/S/S structure. In this framework model, the user, the business logic and data management is divided into different application levels. Using the database server implement logic management and physical storage of data. Application layer based on Web Service technology; focus on the business logic and data flow processing. Through service-oriented technology, it realizes remote centralized computing of data. Through compartmentalization of operation and business logic, it is abstracted as the terminal program directly face to user. The program is responsible for receiving user requests, then delivers those to server for business logic processing, and finally complete the interaction between users and terminal.The System use multi-thread to realize data processing management based on a thread-pool. Namely: setting thread-pool to manage the thread and store it; set the task queue to manage the needs of end-user requests and processing data; set task thread processing data, use scheduling threads distribute task and scheduling the process between mission threads and task data .Technology of thread-pool not only improves the efficiency of data processing terminal, but also ensure the stability of the system application.The system improves communication scalability of application Using XML technology for package of data transmission. In this paper, XML data is mainly used in communication procedure between terminal program and Web Service method interface. It will be convenient for maintenance and expansion of the communication process. System achieves reliable data communication based on database and MSMQ application. In the realize of this paper, all passed data is already stored in the database server, in order to ensure real-time data communications, the sender of message deliver information index to MSMQ to trigger the terminal to read and index corresponding data from database.Based on the centralized storage and management of ATC data, the system realize multi-type ATC data integrated queries and achieve the dynamic data centralized display such as AWOS data, regional aeronautical information, flight dynamics etc by the application of these technologies. Using the real-time transmission of ATC message, the System enforce the exchange ratio and accurate of data deliver. So the system come the integrated data application of ATC to be true.
