Baotou City Party Committee Management Information System Design And Implementation

Nowadays, the world has entered the informatization and network era. Information flow increase and the frequency of updates, completes the party and government decided the increase of information work must strive to timely and quickly. In order to adapt to the new situation and complete new tasks, information work is required to process information in a digitize and internalize way and achieve information sharing in a more extensive space.This thesis discusses the administration system of demand analysis, design, implementation and testing, which based on management information system of Baotou Party Committee. This system mainly contains two kinds of technology—database and programming langue. The SQL Server 2000 is the database, while the VBScript to develop the main program.The main task of this system development is to communicate fully with customers and develop the functional modules according to customers'requirements. There are four main functional modules. First, completing the submission of the information, including the inquiry, password changing, and the work of logging off; Second, information collection, from which you can complete the manuscript sorting, gathering, editing and the inquiry of publications; Third, system management, including user management, group management, user group mapping and the establishment of operated authorization of editing system, unit maintenance, the use of statistics, additional points, communications, the adoption of a communication, the download of publications, password changes, log check and other managements and settings. Lastly, the system maintenance, including database maintenance, IIS service configuration, and ODBC configuration.According to continually communicating with customers and coding testing, the final workout of this thesis aims to develop a unit, advanced, open, security, humanized and comprehensive soft ware, from which a summary report can be formed at the same time.After customers'probation, the system has won good values, which brings much benefit to the information collecting, editing and reporting of the basic units and Party Committee of Baotou.
